Email us
Write to support@scrollingisevil.com. Include your iPhone model, the iOS version, the app version and what you were doing. The app version is under Settings → About; press and hold it to copy it. We answer by email.
Restore a purchase
Sign in to the App Store with the Apple ID you paid with. Open the app, then Settings → Restore purchases. If a plan is already active, Settings → Manage purchases has restore and receipts. If you signed in to sync, your plan follows that account to your other devices. A lifetime purchase is no longer sold; if you bought one, you keep full access and it restores the same way.
Cancel a subscription
On your iPhone, open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Low Back Pain Coach → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data, backup and a new iPhone
Without an account, everything stays on your iPhone. Signing in under Settings → Account & sync keeps your stage, pain logs and workouts in sync across devices and at app.lowbackpaincoach.com. A plan can also turn on automatic backup to Google Drive. To move without an account, use Settings → Export backup spreadsheet on the old phone and Import backup on the new one.
Settings → Connect steps & sleep reads daily steps and sleep from Apple Health to show beside your pain. If nothing appears, allow access for Low Back Pain Coach in the Health app.
Delete your data
Settings → Reset all data deletes workouts, pain logs and progression on this iPhone, and on your account if you are signed in. Settings → Delete account (at the bottom of Settings while you are signed in) deletes the synced account; you can also do it at app.lowbackpaincoach.com or by email. To remove a Google Drive backup, open Google Drive on the web, go to Settings → Manage apps, and choose Delete hidden app data for Low Back Pain Coach. Details are in the privacy policy.
When to stop and get care
The app is education and self-tracking. It does not diagnose or treat anything. Pain in your legs during or after the exercise means stop the extension work and do not add load. The signs that need emergency care now or a clinician today are listed at the bottom of this page and explained on the red-flag page.
